Survival Center
Collections taken throughout the year; look for the basket in the Sanctuary or the chest in the office foyer.
Non-perishable items, as well as cereals (hot and cold), fruit juice, tuna/canned meats, mac and cheese are very helpful.

Operation Christmas Child

It’s never too early to think about the Operation Christmas Child boxes!  November will be here before you know it.  We are always collecting items for the boxes.  The boxes are for girls and boys ages 2-4, 5-9 and 10-14.  Items to watch for but not limited to are:


            combs & brushes      toothbrushes and cases              bandanas & hats  
            IVORY soap (preferred for the milder scent)             Soap dishes
            small balls                 small Stuffed Animals                 pens  
            paper                          small notebook                             pencils and sharpener                 crayons                           plastic poncho                                         small pkg candy (hard candy, mints)                         band aids                                        jewelry & hair items                       
            colored markers
            sewing kits               flip-flops socks                              baby dolls   
            sunglasses                matchbox cars                               calculators (solar please)           
            coloring books         small tools (screw driver, hammer, tape measures)            


Do Not Collect: Toothpaste (one expired tube of paste can hold up a whole order of boxes for weeks.  Thus it is removed and donated to a shelter), no liquids or creams (they might melt in flight).
